Focus Group presents Susana Raab, Artist, Editorial and Commericial Photographer

Susana Raab, the award winning photographer, is giving a lecture at 8PM on Monday, April 23rd, in room 1005 in the Art and Design Building. It is free and open to the public.

Raab's work has received recognition from numerous sources including the IPA/Lucie Awards, American Photography24, Photo District News, The Camera Club of New York, PhotoEspana, the White House New Photographers' Association, The Ernst Haas/Golden Light Awards, PhotoLucida's Critical Mass, and the DC Commission on the Arts & Humanities. Her photographs are exhibited nationally and internationally. Raab's clients and publications include The New York Times Travel Section, The Washington Post Magazine, and The Wall Street Journal. She has four personal projects; Cholita, Consumed, Off-Season, and A Sense of Place.

The lecture is sponsored by Focus Group, the GMU photography student organization.
